Mr. Stephen Christensen has spent the last 30 years in education, as an educator, administrator, educational innovator and business leader. He is the Dean, School of Business & Executive Vice President at Concordia University Irvine. Professor Christensen is both an entrepreneur and intrapreneur who helped launch seven enterprises: a business communications company, a private equity investment company, a roundtable program for CEOs, a non-profit organization, an international business entrepreneurship training program, a STEM training program and an international education company. He has experiences with business and government leaders, higher education, international education, management, marketing and fund raising to design and implement new companies. He is also the Founder of Elite USA Education, USA STEM Academy, American Entrepreneur Academy (AEA), Teen Entrepreneur Academy (TEA), Kid Entrepreneur Academy (KEA), and College Entrepreneur Academy (CEA) and Elite Ivy League Academy. Stephen is a professor, educator, trainer, speaker, education consultant, entrepreneur catalyst, business start-up coach and mentor who passionately works to help people and organizations achieve their new business start-up and growth goals. He starts new businesses and teaches others how to start their own new business. He is an encourager and certified entrepreneurship instructor with the University of Iowa’s 21st nationally-ranked Tippy College of Business and their Youth Entrepreneurship Program, “BizInnovator,” a three-unit college course. Christensen teaches entrepreneurship to kids, teenagers, college students, and adults. His classes are taught Concordia University and other cities around the world (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou-China). He offers Business Start-Up Workshop seminars and training. He is also the Education Advisor to the Chinese Intercultural Association, Youth Club. Professor Christensen is an international speaker and instructor in education innovation, business principles, entrepreneurship, leadership and start up strategies, teaching how to start and grow a global business using best business practices. As frequent visitor and speaker in China, he has taught “New Business Models” in the MBA program at Shenzhen University (China) as well as “Entrepreneurship Finance” at South China Normal University in Guangzhou. He has lectured at Inner Mongolia University as well as Guangzhou International Economics College. He founded of the innovative Teen Entrepreneur Academy (TEA) a one-week residential business and entrepreneurship startup summer camp academy for high school students held each July in the Los Angeles area at Concordia University Irvine. Over 600 teenagers from 10 different states and 6 countries have participated over the past seven years. He is also the founder of the Kid Entrepreneur Academy (KEA) teaching business principles and entrepreneurship to kids in grades 5, 6, 7 and 8. He is also the founder of the international American Entrepreneur Academy (AEA) which teaches international students and business leaders the principles of business leadership, entrepreneurship, and American culture and education. Stephen Christensen has 30 years working with top universities in America including the University of California, Irvine (UCI), California State University, Chapman University and Concordia University. Stephen was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He is an Eagle Scout.
